Dana M. Stutman joined Mayerson Stutman Abramowitz in 2006 and now has approximately fifteen years of experience in matrimonial law, in both private practice and within the judicial system. A Certified Public Accountant who left the corporate world in 1992, Dana has her clients’ pecuniary interests at heart. Her strong background in finances puts her clients at ease; they know they are in good hands.

Dana has participated in litigating some of the largest marital estates in the country and represented myriad high-profile clients throughout the years. A natural litigator, Dana oversees cases from start to finish as a zealous advocate for her clients. And, despite her tough reputation, she has settled a majority of her cases, doing so favorably in the light of her clients’ goals.
Dana has a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and participated in the Criminal Law Clinic and the Innocence Project. She has a B.S.M. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, where she was elected to Beta Alpha Psi. Dana is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where she serves on the Matrimonial Law Committee, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
